therapy style
I offer a place where you can come exactly as you are. We all have important stories, and discussing these and working through our feelings can bring clarity, ease, and a sense of understanding.
We can explore the role you play in your family, your own life, and even the relationship you have with yourself. These topics can feel daunting, but they also help us get perspective and learn how to live a better life.
We will take each session as it comes. Some days may be harder than others, and we will work through the hard ones together. We will tailor the therapy to meet your needs and expectations – and most importantly, help you find your voice. Though I may not be able to give you answers, we can find them together.
I have experience working with people suffering from anxiety, depression, and trauma. I often work with people who feel like they have too many emotions to sort through on their own. I have worked with people who feel misunderstood, lost, and overwhelmed by life’s uncertainties. Feel free to call me and talk for a few minutes about whether we might work well together.
As part of my doctoral training at the University of Denver’s Graduate School of Professional Psychology, I am happy to see clients in the Denver Tech Center office and am supervised by Jason Seidel, Psy.D., Lic. Psychologist (CO #2511).
